Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to dispatch, plan, organize, and monitor field service activities under the supervision of the Service Department. The role ensures productive, efficient, and safe operations and requires strong communication and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have high school completion and 1–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in Outlook and Excel. This position emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and ERP system usage to support

• Basic understanding of industrial/generator service preferred but not required.
• Strong customer support, follow-up and service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field resources based on technician skill and location.
• Coordinate workflow of field service requests.
• Answer internal/external emails and field phone calls.
• Analyze daily reports to track status of open jobs.
• Open/review work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Keep Supervisor informed on work in progress.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Follow company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service across all levels.
