Job summary

Redesign Group in the United States (Remote) seeks a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage day-to-day MSP/MSSP service coordination across client accounts. You’ll monitor tickets, security alerts, SLAs, and reporting, while collaborating with security engineers and service delivery managers to keep operations on track.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a hands-on, client-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT service coordination or related client-facing IT role.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability management, patching, and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day service contact for managed services clients and coordinate communications.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and maintain visibility into open items and upcoming needs.
• Prepare standard service reports including ticket summaries and SLA performance.
• Monitor ticket and security alert queues and flag items at risk of missing SLAs.
• Coordinate security service activities across MSSP accounts and track remediation actions.
• Track and close security findings with clients and internal engineers.
