Job summary

The Redesign Group is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to support managed services delivery across client accounts. This position focuses on day-to-day service coordination including client communications and ticket monitoring, ensuring smooth service delivery aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT service coordination or related role.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for managed services clients.
• Conduct regular client check-in calls to maintain visibility.
• Prepare standard service reports and monitor ticket queues.
