Optiv is seeking a Service Contracts Manager to qualify incoming Services contracts, draft and edit SOWs, and manage related contracts. You will lead SOW/Service Order activities, ensuring QA and process excellence for both internal and external clients.

The role includes mentoring the SCORE team, improving contract processes, and partnering with stakeholders to apply best practices in services selling. Strong writing and communications skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields
• 7–10 years combined work experience
• 2–4 years minimum in contracts, supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and/or asset management
• 5 years of professional work experience directly related
• 4–7 years professional writing experience required
• Experience in technical or information technologies industry preferred
• CRM software experience required (Salesforce)

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship with third party vendors; monitor and ensure quality pricing deliverables
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with SOW development processes and toolsets
• Partner with stakeholders on services selling best practices
• Perform research to uncover issues and report insights to leadership
• Mentor SCORE team and assist with SOW QA
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to store documentation in CRM/Client Project Repository
• Compile contract information for Legal to amend contracts
• Build relationships with alliance partnerships
• Manage Contract Vehicle databases and SharePoint sites
• Act as liaison between internal and external contract stakeholders
