Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a Lead - Contracts Review for the USA with 15+ years of experience to lead the development, review and negotiation of SOWs, MSAs, and related commercial agreements.

You will partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance and Delivery to establish governance, standardize templates, and drive lifecycle improvements, while enjoying a culture focused on talent development and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Lead the development, review, and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and related commercial agreements.
• Develop and standardize SOW templates that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, assumptions and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure contractual alignment with business objectives.
• Establish contract governance framework and playbooks.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract life cycle management processes.
• Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and negotiation of SOWs, MSAs, and related commercial agreements.
• Develop and standardize SOW templates with defined scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Delivery to align contracts with business goals.
