Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Service Contracts Manager to qualify incoming services contracts, create and maintain SOWs, SOs, and related contracts. You will drive service delivery, assist with Change Orders and Task Orders, and mentor the SCORE team in best practices.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, ensure QA of SOWs, and help streamline contract templates. Occasional travel and remote work may be required, with emphasis on compliance and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• 7-10 years combined work experience.
• 2-4 years in contracts, supply chain or procurement.
• 5 years professional work experience related to role.
• 4-7 years professional writing experience required.
• Experience in technical or information technologies industry preferred.
• CRM software experience required (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe, DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with third party vendors and monitor pricing deliverables.
• Lead SOW development processes and tooling.
• Advise stakeholders on services selling best practices.
• Mentor SCORE team and train on SOW processes.
• QA Ongoing SOWs and service documentation for quality.
• Assist in designing documentation templates and processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Legal for amendments.
• Build alliance partnerships and maintain contract vehicle data.
