Job summary

Oklo Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to serve as the primary reviewer and negotiator for procurement agreements within the Legal team.

You will support goods and services contracts, SaaS, and statements of work, collaborating with Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Finance to manage matters from intake through execution. You will apply templates, manage contract data in Ironclad, and help scale contracting as Oklo grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management or commercial contracting
• Experience reviewing procurement agreements for goods and services
• Strong ability to assess legal risk and business impact
• Familiarity with Master Services Agreements, Purchase Orders, Statements of Work, and Task Orders

Responsibilities

• Review procurement and related agreements; support SaaS and consulting agreements
• Partner with Procurement for large-scale development projects
• Identify issues, propose practical solutions within approved playbooks
• Triage, prioritize, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Use contract management tools to track lifecycle and approvals
