Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. seeks a Service Contracts Manager to qualify incoming services contract requests and to draft, edit, and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and related contracts.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for the SOW process and drive delivery of services offerings to internal and external clients. You will mentor the SCORE team, train others on SOW development, QA, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with pricing and terms.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined work experience.
• 2–4 years minimum in contracts, supply chain, procurement, or asset management.
• 5 years direct related work experience.
• 4–7 years professional writing experience.
• Experience in technical or information technologies industry preferred.
• CRM software experience required.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming services contract requests and draft/edit SOWs.
• Maintain Statements of Work and related contracts with accuracy.
• Act as SME for the SOW process and mentor SCORE team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure documentation is stored in CRM/Project repository.
• Support process improvements and QA on service opportunities.
