VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking a SOW Specialist to manage end-to-end SOW lifecycle, coordinating with Sourcing & Procurement, Legal, Risk, and OSW Operations. The role requires proactive communication and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will review terms, manage approvals in Fieldglass, and ensure timely, compliant processing while maintaining excellent service to internal partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment and build cross functional partnerships.
• Experience using the SOW module of Fieldglass or similar vendor management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end management of SOWs and revisions with proactive stakeholder communication.
• Review, redline, and analyze SOW terms for procurement alignment.
• Coordinate approval workflows and legal reviews when required.
