Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a Service Contract Administrator for a 9-month remote engagement. The role supports the Service Sales organization by processing, reviewing, and executing service contracts with a focus on accuracy, pricing governance, and CRM data integrity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely contract execution. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior contract administration or sales operations experience.
• Detail-oriented and compliant with processes.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to the Service Sales by handling contract requests with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare, process, and manage service contract documentation with completeness and timeliness.
• Ensure pricing governance, discount approvals, and policy adherence.
• Coordinate reviews and revisions of contract terms with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract, customer, and pricing data in CRM.
• Support CRM data hygiene, validation, and governance.
• Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and turnaround times.
• Balance independent execution with close collaboration with the service sales team.
