Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation through execution and administration.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Proposals, Pricing, Finance, and Delivery Services to structure customer agreements that meet business objectives while balancing risk and compliance. The role emphasizes strong commercial judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in contract administration or related field.
• Knowledge of contract principles, obligations, risk allocation.
• Experience drafting and negotiating customer-facing agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and data quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms while managing risk.
• Review statements of work and change orders for accuracy.
• Respond to RFP terms and conditions.
• Conduct agreement reviews and gap analyses.
• Support contract execution and lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain contract records and data integrity in systems.
