Qualifications

• Comfortable enforcing policies, pricing guardrails, and approval processes.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high‑quality support to the Service Sales organization by managing incoming contract‑related requests with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Prepare, process, and manage service contract documentation, ensuring completeness and timely turnaround.
• Manage pricing and discount governance and ensure approvals follow established policies.
• Coordinate reviews and revisions of contract terms and conditions with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contract, customer, and pricing data in CRM and related systems.
• Support CRM data hygiene initiatives and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with recurring sales reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and turnaround times.
• Balance independent execution with cross-functional collaboration.
