Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group seeks a meticulous finance professional in San Antonio, TX to manage contract-related payments and rebates. You will interpret contracts to ensure accurate payments and timely settlements in a fast-changing environment.

Collaborating with Offer Development, Sales, BU, Accounts Payable, and SCG to resolve rebate issues, you will provide variance analyses and leverage Excel, Access, Power BI, SAP BI/BW, and data mining tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Contracting or fee/incentive related financial activities.
• Understanding of contract development and management.
• Ability to drive speed, agility and accountability to outcomes.
• Experience in evolving organizations undergoing change.
• Responsible for accurate, timely payments per contract terms.
• Ensure timely execution of GPO fees and rebates with stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Offer Development, Sales, BU, Accounts Payable, and SCG.
• Analyze and resolve disputed Fees and rebates.
• Develop variance analysis to explain sales/driver fluctuations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret contracts to ensure payments are accurate and timely.
• Ensure timely execution of GPO fees and rebates and communicate with stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with internal customers to resolve eligibility or rebate issues.
• Analyze and resolve disputed Fees and rebates.
• Develop variance analysis reporting to identify material fluctuations in sales/payments.
