Responsibilities

• Manage the service scoping case queue, prioritizing and tracking requests to meet SLA.
• Track communications and case statuses to ensure progress.
• Generate and maintain service scoping documents.
• Review workflows and verify documents align with opportunity products.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to triage requests and support deal closure.
• Assist with Revenue Operations initiatives and identify process improvements.
