Job summary

Engage PEO is seeking a Service Center Specialist to support employees and employers for our clients in a call-center setting. You will handle benefits enrollments, onboarding issues, and payroll-related inquiries, while collaborating with multiple HR teams.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and proficiency with PrismHR and MS Office is helpful. Work hours align with Mountain and Pacific time zones; remote in the Western United States.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, benefits administration, or related areas.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with PrismHR, ClientSpace or similar HR systems is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Tier 1 calls and assist employees and employers.
• Route calls or create PrismHR cases and assist with portal troubleshooting.
• Process benefits enrollments and assist with onboarding irregularities.
• Collaborate with HR Service Center and other departments as needed.
• Support background screening, employment verification, and unemployment claims.
