Job summary

Engage PEO is seeking a Service Center Specialist to support clients in a call-center environment. You will assist employees and employers with inquiries, benefits enrollments, and portal troubleshooting, while coordinating with multiple departments.

The role requires a degree, 3+ years of HR/administration experience, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and work hours align with Mountain and Pacific time zones in a remote Western US setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, benefits, or admin
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills
• PEO experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Tier 1 calls from employees and employers
• Route calls to appropriate departments or create PrismHR cases
• Assist worksite employees with portal troubleshooting
• Process benefits enrollments and related support
• Onboard irregularities and Payroll-related issues assistance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate resolutions
• Monitor inquiries and support other HR Service Center tasks
