Job summary

Engage PEO, serving clients in the Western Region (Central, Mountain, Pacific Time Zone) with remote flexibility, seeks an Implementation Specialist. This role is the first client contact after contract signing, handling initial payrolls and ongoing relationship management until transition to Payroll Operations.

You will configure HRIS (PrismHR), scrub data, assist enrollment, and train clients on HRIS navigation and payroll submission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll implementation in PrismHR and/or 5 years of payroll implementation
• ClientSpace and PrismHR knowledge is required
• Experience in PEO implementation and payroll
• Proficient with MS Office and intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to write reports and present information to managers, Payroll team, Clients, and the public
• Sound reasoning and decision-making are essential

Responsibilities

• Schedules Sales Handoff meetings with sales and team members
• Schedules implementation meetings with clients and team members to begin data gathering
• Coordinates client’s services with Engage team members and vendors
• Configures client company accounts in the HRIS system
• Maintains project milestones and tasks in the project management system
• Analyzes and scrubs employee files for import into the HRIS system
• Monitors onboarding with clients and prepares for enrollment
• Updates in PrismHR employee detail records with deductions, payments, retirement contributions and more
• Obtains year-to-date information and imports data before the first pay date
• Self-audits entries and participates in management audits
• Reviews payroll processes and selects pay/deduction codes for client accounts
• Provides training to clients in the HRIS system
• Ensures Manager Portal access and security per client directions
• Reviews reporting needs and coordinates with IT
• Generates mock payroll reports and audits billing
• Manages mock reports for client review
• Ensures payment method is set prior to first payroll
• Processes payroll and handles off-cycle requests and transitions to Payroll Operations
• Addresses internal CRM cases and performs other duties
