Job summary

Leidos' Corporate Information Security Office is seeking a Service Center Procurement & Business Process Analyst to support IA and Defense Service Center operations. The role focuses on procurement lifecycle, asset and license tracking, and process improvement across Service Center activities.

You will collaborate with IA leadership, procurement, finance, and operations to coordinate requirements, develop standardized workflows, and deliver financial and performance reporting, with opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any security clearance required for assigned Service Center responsibilities.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, asset management, or technology lifecycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, tracking, coordination, and closure of procurement requests, including vendor quotes, approvals, deliveries, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, Finance, Service Center staff, and internal customers to keep procurement actions moving.
• Support procurement activities related to Service Center systems, infrastructure, technology refreshes, physical moves, and portfolio growth.
• Maintain standardized procurement records, workflows, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain hardware, software, license, support, renewal, refresh, and end-of-life tracking.
