Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Financial Services Budget Formulation & Execution Analyst to drive the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution process. The role focuses on developing, formulating, executing, and monitoring budgets, with emphasis on strategic resource allocation and financial insight.

Qualifications

• Requires BA with 7–15 years of relevant government budgeting experience or Master’s degree with 10–13 years.
• Strong understanding of IPPBE and IC budgeting processes.
• Ability to develop, execute, and monitor budgets and related financial commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and reporting of component financial activities.
• Craft spending plans and monitor execution.
• Record and track interagency agreements and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process transactions, certify payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align budgets with goals.
• Develop budget submissions and fiscal guidance for each phase.
