Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior-Level Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst to support the FAA CI SCRM program. You will assess security postures of software suppliers, cloud services, AI tools, and OT/ICS environments and translate threat data into risk scores and executive-ready insights.

You will draft contract security language, guide procurement decisions, and lead risk management throughout the acquisition lifecycle while aligning with FAA AMS framework and maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of intelligence or risk management experience in federal or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex vulnerabilities into non-technical executive summaries.
• Experience leading complex vendor risk assessments and SBOM reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level vendor risk assessments and SBOM triage.
• Draft contract security language and security requirements for FAA AMS.
• Develop executive dashboards and risk reports for FAA leadership.
• Maintain FAA SCRM policies, SOPs, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate training and awareness campaigns for acquisition personnel.
