Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior-Level Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst to support FAA CI SCRM, focusing on enterprise risk assessments and procurement execution. You will lead a small team, evaluate security postures of software, AI, cloud services, and OT/ICS, and draft contract security language to mitigate risks.

Qualifications include 12+ years in intelligence or third-party risk, active TS/SCI clearance, and NIST SP 800-161/800-53 knowledge.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional experience as an Intelligence Analyst or senior-level experience in third-party risk management, C-SCRM, IT auditing, or cybersecurity risk management.
U.S. Citizenship required and active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Strong working knowledge of NIST SP 800-161 and NIST SP 800-53.
Experience evaluating security posture of software supply chains, cloud providers, AI tools, telecommunications, and OT/ICS.

Responsibilities

Lead FAA CI SCRM products with strict quality control and mentoring.
Oversee enterprise-level vendor risk assessments and SBOM triage for critical systems.
Develop risk scoring methods and Vendor Risk Reports mapping vulnerabilities and supply chain risks.
Guide procurement lifecycle with acquisition planning and source selections.
Draft contract security language and security requirements for vendors.
Translate complex risk data into executive summaries and dashboards for FAA leadership.
Develop and maintain FAA SCRM policies, SOPs, and governance documents.
Create strategic metrics and program reports for enterprise compliance.
