Job summary

Leidos seeks a meticulous Logistics Administrator to support inquiries related to inventory, repairs, returns, and field service requests. You will serve as a central liaison between internal teams and external providers, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

The role requires TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance, a high school diploma, and at least 5 years in customer service or service operations. Collaboration with procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, technical support, or service operations.
• Ability to resolve a broad range of customer service issues independently.
• Experience managing and maintaining repair/service logs, records, and case documentation.
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, order processing, and case management using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with SOPs and service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and logistics-related issues by initiating actions such as inventory issuance, repairs, returns, or field service requests.
• Track and manage the status of logistics actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain logs, records, and files related to inventory movements, repair activities, and service actions.
• Assist in developing or following company guides and protocols for servicing and repair processes.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams.
• Communicate with external courier and transportation services for delivery and pickup schedules.
• Ensure logistics activities comply with internal standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
