Job summary

Leidos is seeking a self-motivated Lifecycle Support Analyst to join an Agile SAFe team on a program delivering system engineering, development, test, integration, and operational support to a large, distributed hardware/software system.

The selected candidate will manage lifecycle data, licenses, warranties, and CAP records, collaborate with technical teams, and support process improvements while ensuring data integrity and security clearance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of government purchasing, data management, hardware/software management, and quality control experience.
• 3+ years in data management for large scale systems; licenses and support; hardware warranties and maintenance; government purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software control, tracking, and management support.
• Research and update hardware maintenance, software support, and license information, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Research and update lifecycle information for hardware and software, including End of Life, End of Life Support, and End of Sale status.
• Generate reports or provide data to support technical team requests.
• Support continuous process improvement and validation of data within the Hardware and Software Data Management System.
• Provide back‑up support for the CAP report.
