Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide explanations of service options, pricing, and timelines using Tekmetric data.
• Manage service appointments and scheduling through Tekmetric.
• Create detailed estimates and work orders for customers within Tekmetric.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs align with customer expectations.
• Keep customers updated on repair status and address questions promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and service transactions in Tekmetric.
• Collaborate with parts department to order and deliver parts via Tekmetric.
• Stay informed about Tekmetric updates and industry best practices.
