Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes to communicate with customers and technicians.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the service center.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather information about vehicle issues.
• Record customer information and vehicle issues accurately, passing this information to the service technicians.
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services, ensuring they understand benefits and costs.
• Manage the service schedule, coordinating appointments based on technician availability and customer needs.
• Keep customers updated on the status of repairs and any changes in service recommendations or costs.
• Upsell additional services and products that may enhance vehicle performance while respecting the customer's budget.
