Job summary

BALISE AUTO SALES INC is seeking a Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and act as the liaison between customers and technicians. The role involves greeting customers, identifying and resolving concerns, and communicating maintenance and repair needs with clear pricing.

The Service Advisor conducts vehicle walk-arounds with customers, secures signed repair orders, and uses the Tekion system to create and manage repair orders.

Qualifications

• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing.
• Explain the multi-point inspection process and findings to customers.
• Obtain approvals to review findings and proceed with additional services.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Greet customers and confirm their concerns.
• Communicate required maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and explain costs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to assess needs.
• Obtain signed repair orders and condition reports.
• Write complete repair orders using the Tekion system.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval for prices.
• Explain services completed and future recommendations to customers.
• Deliver the vehicle to customers after service and handle payments and documentation.
