Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This fully remote role focuses on industrial sales in the paper and pulp sector, building trusted relationships and identifying service opportunities to improve reliability, uptime, and plant performance.

You will partner with plant leadership, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to develop solutions, manage opportunities in CRM, and drive service-based growth across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, account management, field service, maintenance, operations, reliability, or engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with maintenance, operations, engineering and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for service opportunities, concerns and ongoing support.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand challenges and identify improvements.
• Partner with customers to develop solutions that improve reliability, uptime and plant performance.
• Track opportunities, forecasts and customer interactions within CRM.
