Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Service Account Manager fully remote for the Pacific Northwest to support customers in the paper & pulp and process industries. You will cultivate long-term relationships, identify service and maintenance opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing facilities aiming to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, account management, field service, maintenance, operations, reliability, or engineering.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, process industries, heavy industrial environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for service opportunities, customer concerns, and ongoing support needs.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with customers to develop solutions improving reliability, uptime, safety, and plant performance.
