Job summary

Andritz is seeking a Sales Account Manager to provide sales coverage for the South Central USA region, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. The SAM will be responsible for selling the Paper Service Divisions products and building long-term customer relationships.

The role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, will involve about 80% travel in the field, and frequent mill visits.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or 5–10 years’ Pulp and Paper experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience and established regional customer relationships preferred.
• Knowledge of Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service lines required.
• Willingness to travel – 80% in-field.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term customer relationships.
• Drive account growth by understanding client objectives and goals.
• Maintain territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal teams and ensure CRM upkeep.
• Represent all product lines during mill visits and implement processes.
