Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst who will own Zuora configuration for Billing and RevPro, partner with IT to ensure data quality, and support Revenue Accounting teams.

The role requires 5+ years with Zuora, ASC 606 knowledge, strong SQL, and ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring SOX compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue/RevPro.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write clean, efficient queries.
• Ability to partner independently with Finance and IT teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Triage issues and identify required bug fixes for Zuora in partnership with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC including QA and UAT for Zuora-related changes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Ensure system configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
