Job summary

Creative Risk Solutions seeks a Sr. Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor (Remote) to oversee litigated and complex claims across multiple states. The role requires jurisdictional experience, leadership of a claims team, and adherence to CRS Best Practices.

You will mentor staff, coordinate training, manage performance, and liaise with insureds, carriers, and partners. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred; WC license or license within three months is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims.
• Licensing: Active state WC license required or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Skills: Knowledge of WC coverage, claims processing, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate and manage litigated workers’ compensation claims.
• Lead and coach the claims team; monitor performance and careers.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and fronting partners on complex files.
• Ensure timely responses and adherence to best practices and guidelines.
