Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior Workforce Management leader to drive AI-informed capacity planning and regulatory-ready operations. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Ops, translating complex workforce dynamics into actionable narratives for executives.

You will develop cost models and OpEx forecasts, lead cross-functional initiatives, and extend WFM strategies across the organization in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning experience in regulated or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Ops, and CX leadership.
• Executive-level communication to distill complex workforce dynamics for senior leadership.
• Experience designing staffing models with AI/automation productivity assumptions.
• Experience in AI-informed workforce models and environments with AI agents.
• Proven drive for operational excellence in regulated contexts.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning and scenario planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Serve as the senior WFM voice with executive leadership, presenting clear narratives.
• Build partnerships across Ops, Finance, Product, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and manage cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations with AI gains.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive cross-functional buy-in.
• Lead execution of strategic/tactical plans meeting regulatory targets with risk visibility.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing SLAs, experience, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to adjacent teams as a center of excellence.
• Periodically brief leadership on WFM performance and strategic direction.
