Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior WFM leader to shape the workforce strategy in a remote-first, hybrid environment.

You will translate complex workforce dynamics into concise narratives for senior leadership and collaborate with Ops, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to align capacity with strategic priorities. You will lead AI-informed capacity planning, build cost models, and scenarios across Compliance and new product launches, balancing regulatory requirements with business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior WFM or strategic workforce planning roles.
• Experience in regulated financial services or fintech.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to translate workforce dynamics into clear narratives for leadership.
• Experience with AI-assisted forecasting and planning.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Ops, Finance, Legal, Compliance.
• Experience modeling capacity for AI-enabled environments.
• Familiarity with modern WFM platforms and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Present forecast risk and capacity tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align workforce priorities.
• Develop OpEx models and forecasts for Compliance Operations.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Execute strategic plans with regulatory targets and risk visibility.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing CX, Employee Experience, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs, and P&E as a center of excellence.
• Brief senior leadership on WFM performance and strategy.
