The position requires 12+ years in software, with 5+ years in people leadership, expertise in modern stacks, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade digital products with strong release discipline.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Software architecture, development, testing, and support or closely related field.
12+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years managing multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead mobile and web teams across multiple domains through all SDLC stages.
Own design, architecture, and scaling discussions for applications and infrastructure.
Develop and monitor metrics showing health and performance of the software teams.
Manage agile processes to maximize value for stakeholders with high quality.
Partner with executive leadership to influence broader strategies and planning.
Maintain technical proficiency with modern stacks and cloud-native architectures.
Mentor team members in design patterns (BDD, DDD, TDD) and improve tooling and processes.
