Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing multiple teams or larger, complex teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel actions for direct reports (hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, coaching, performance management).
• Lead systems design, architecture, and scaling discussions; own development and sustainment of applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor metrics to demonstrate health and performance of software; drive quality improvements.
• Manage agile process to maximize value for stakeholders with high precision and quality.
• Partner with executive leadership and other departments to influence strategy and planning.
• Maintain technical proficiency by engaging with professional groups, trainings, and conferences.
