Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance environments.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders at VP level and above under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of government-related projects or mandates is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Strong, concise communication of scope, timelines, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical coordination point for complex, high-visibility projects.
• Ensure business and technology deliverables meet schedules and quality standards.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; communicate impacts to leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate topics into plans.
• Mentor team members to support a high-functioning matrixed team.
