Responsibilities

• Act as initial contact for reported issues and deviations.
• Perform structured troubleshooting to identify root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Support local IT/workshop staff in setting up infrastructure and connectivity.
• Contribute to global rollout of tWS.
• Analyze system logs and vehicle communication to resolve complex cases.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and infrastructure teams.
