Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. seeks ASE-certified auto technicians to provide remote support for a domestic OEM brand. Initial on-site training takes place in Saginaw, Michigan, with work-from-home duties for Mississippi residents.

You will assist field techs via phone, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems. Candidates should have 5+ years in a full-service shop, two ASE certs (or will obtain them with Morley's reimbursement), and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. ET (various time zones) and no weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems
• Support field service techs from your home office after initial training in Saginaw, MI
• Access the latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues and leaders
• Grow and advance within Morley’s automotive technical consulting team
