Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a Sr. VAR Manager to drive growth across North America by building and managing a portfolio of resellers. You will recruit, develop, and manage partners, expand market coverage, and drive sustainable subscription revenue growth.

The role focuses on mid-market opportunities, guiding joint business plans, and ensuring partner accountability. Expect travel to customer sites and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and services

Qualifications

• 8+ years of success leading VAR, channel sales, or partner businesses within enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to own revenue targets and drive growth through indirect channels.
• Experience scaling reseller relationships across North America.
• Strong understanding of mid-market buying behavior and repeatable sales execution.
• Experience developing joint business plans, managing pipeline and forecasts, and driving partner accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned North American VAR business plan with subscription sales targets, pipeline creation, and partner productivity.
• Identify priority industries, territories, and market segments to expand Kinaxis’ reach.
• Execute volume and velocity sales to generate qualified opportunities and shorten sales cycles.
• Recruit VARs with strong industry expertise and enterprise software sales capabilities.
• Lead partner pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and customer success to support partners and customers.
