Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a Sr. VAR Manager to accelerate partner-driven revenue across North America from a remote base in the United States.

You will recruit, develop, and manage a portfolio of resellers, drive subscription growth, and ensure measurable results across the partner ecosystem. You will build and execute joint business plans, manage pipelines, and hold partners accountable while collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success to

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading VAR/channel/partner sales in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning revenue targets and indirect sales growth.
• Proven ability to scale reseller relationships across North America.
• Strong grasp of mid-market buying behavior and repeatable sales processes.
• Experience creating joint business plans with revenue targets and budgets.
• Ability to influence senior partner executives across functions.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
• Experience in supply chain planning, ERP, or related enterprise apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NA VAR business plan with targets, pipeline, and partner productivity.
• Identify priority industries, territories, and market segments.
• Drive volume and velocity sales to generate qualified opportunities.
• Recruit VARs with strong industry expertise and relationships.
• Develop joint business plans with revenue commitments and enablement milestones.
• Build executive relationships to position Kinaxis as a growth priority.
• Lead partner pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support partners through qualification, discovery, and deal closing.
