Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior VAR Manager to drive growth across North America by building and managing a network of value-added resellers and regional partners. You will recruit, develop, and hold partners accountable for subscription revenue, while collaborating with marketing and solution teams to accelerate joint opportunities.

You will lead partner planning, forecast accuracy, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment with Kinaxis’ global partner strategy and regional execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated success leading VAR, channel sales, or partner businesses within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning a revenue target and delivering growth through indirect sales channels.
• Proven ability to scale productive reseller relationships across North America.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned North American VAR territory plan with subscription targets, pipeline, and new customer growth.
• Identify priority industries and territories to expand Kinaxis' reach and address coverage gaps.
• Lead volume-driven sales to generate opportunities, improve conversions, and shorten sales cycles.
