Job summary

Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, seeks a Senior VAR Manager to drive NA VAR growth. You will recruit and manage a portfolio of resellers, expand market coverage, and deliver sustainable subscription revenue growth across North America.

This role focuses on mid-market customers and requires strong executive communication, negotiation, and partnership development skills. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading VAR, channel sales, or partner businesses within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to scale reseller relationships across North America.
• Experience owning a revenue target and delivering growth via indirect sales channels.
• Strong understanding of mid-market buying behavior and repeatable sales execution.
• Experience developing joint business plans, managing pipeline and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned North American VAR business plan with subscription targets, pipeline, and new customer acquisition.
• Identify priority industries and territories to expand Kinaxis’ reach.
• Execute a volume-and-velocity sales approach to generate qualified opportunities and shorten sales cycles.
• Recruit VARs with industry expertise and existing customer relationships.
• Develop joint business plans with revenue commitments, pipelines, staffing, and enablement milestones.
• Build executive relationships to position Kinaxis as a strategic growth partner within each VAR’s business.
• Lead partner pipeline reviews, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support partners through qualification, discovery, and close.
