Kinaxis is seeking a Sr. VAR Manager to drive North American VAR growth and performance. This leadership role focuses on recruiting and developing a reseller portfolio, expanding market coverage, and delivering sustainable subscription revenue growth.

The role centers on mid-market dynamics, building joint business plans, managing pipeline, and holding partners accountable for results, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years leading VAR, channel sales, or partner businesses in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning a revenue target and growing via indirect channels.
• Proven ability to scale reseller relationships across North America.
• Strong understanding of mid-market buying behavior and sales execution.
• Experience developing joint business plans and managing pipeline.
• Ability to influence senior partner executives and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in supply chain software or related enterprise apps preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own NA VAR business plan with subscription targets, pipeline, and new customers.
• Identify priority industries, territories, and market segments.
• Drive volume/velocity sales to generate qualified opportunities and faster cycles.
• Identify regional investments to enable scalable, profitable growth.
• Prospect actively and expand opportunities within the VAR install base.
• Identify and recruit VARs with strong industry expertise and relationships.
• Develop joint business plans with revenue commitments and enablement milestones.
• Build executive relationships to position Kinaxis as a growth priority.
• Lead partner pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support partners through qualification, discovery, and deal close.
• Maintain forecasts and visibility into opportunity health and partner commitments.
