Alkami is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to help U.S. financial institutions realize measurable outcomes from Alkami’s digital platform.

You’ll lead value-based engagements, translate client objectives into actionable recommendations, and present data-backed insights to executive stakeholders. This role requires independent, analytical thinking and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, information systems, engineering or related field.
• Experience translating data and analytics into clear, outcome-focused recommendations.
• Ability to lead client-facing workshops and strategic discussions with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-based engagements with financial institutions and translate objectives into action.
• Develop clear value narratives linking Alkami platform capabilities to client priorities and ROI.
• Present insights to client stakeholders with data-backed recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Relationship Management to align on goals.
• Support renewals and expansions with value perspectives and business case visuals.
