EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to advance usability, accessibility, and scholarly impact across our research platforms for higher education and library tools.

This remote US-based role focuses on studying how students, faculty, librarians, and researchers engage with content and workflows, guiding evidence-based improvements. You will own end-to-end research, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with product teams to shape strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX research or related field.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into research direction.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling.
• Diverse portfolio demonstrating impact across complex spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to influence direction.
• Advocate for user-centered design and research best practices.
• Conduct usability tests, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in all research.
