Eudia Counsel is seeking a US-licensed Commercial Contracts Consultant to support the global contracts team. You will handle North American technology and data licensing agreements end to end, reviewing, redlining and negotiating around 10 complex, high‑value contracts per month, AI-augmented on Eudia's platform.

The role is part of a broader client engagement, with a 3‑month term to start and potential extension, remote North America–hours work, and flexible scheduling to fit the client’s needs.

Qualificações

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in the US.
• 10+ years negotiating technology contracts, preferably in-house or with a tech‑focused firm.
• Experience with SaaS licensing, data licensing and technology data agreements.
• Working knowledge of data protection, DPAs, IP ownership, liability and indemnities.
• Comfort negotiating heavily negotiated, high‑risk agreements directly with counterparties.
• Based in North America or able to work North American hours.

Responsabilidades

• Review, redline and negotiate complex technology agreements including SaaS, software licences, IT services and data licensing.
• Work with client templates and counterparty papers.
• Negotiate through signature or until the matter is closed.
• Coordinate with IT, procurement, data/privacy and IP teams to align needs, risk and timelines.
• Handle routine issues independently; escalate high‑risk matters to the client’s team.
