Elevate is seeking a Senior Commercial Attorney for our Contracts - Managed Services team in the United States. This remote-based, part-time role focuses on drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts, and improving our customer’s contractual infrastructure.

You will work with the customer’s in-house team and Elevate colleagues to handle software license and SaaS agreements, procurement docs, and related transactions, ensuring risk is managed and processes are efficient.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with commercial transactional support including services and SaaS agreements.
• Strong writing, redlining, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts and other transactional documents.
• Review contracts against standards and negotiate alternatives using templates and tools.
• Update or draft playbooks and templates as needed.
• Research and analyze commercial law areas relevant to the customer’s business and prepare position statements.
• Understand term positions and use CLM tools within provided playbooks.
