Qualifications

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focusing on technology transactions, MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI-driven contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract reviews.
