Job summary

24-MAG LLC is offering a remote, part-time consulting role for experienced SaaS Contracts Counsel to contribute to AI training and evaluation initiatives. The specialist will review SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, assess legal and commercial risk, and participate in contract drafting and redlining exercises.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of in-house experience in technology transactions, U.S. bar admission, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum 3 years in-house technology transactions experience.
Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining commercial technology agreements.
Strong SaaS/software contract experience and MSAs/NDAs/DPAs knowledge.
Ability to assess legal and commercial risks in complex tech transactions.
Strong written and verbal contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review or legal AI initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Review technology-related commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and MSAs/NDAs/DPAs.
Perform simulated negotiations, redlining, and drafting revisions.
Evaluate AI-generated contract analyses for accuracy and risk.
Develop evaluation frameworks and scoring criteria for contract reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable legal feedback.
