24-MAG LLC offers a part-time, fully remote consulting opportunity for experienced General Counsels with a strong background in technology transactions, contract negotiation, redlining, and commercial legal review to support an advanced AI training and contract-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will review contract-redlining workflows, perform simulated negotiations, assess AI-generated responses, and help establish rigorous standards for contract analysis and transactional legal

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience.
• Strong focus on technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into structured evaluation feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract-redlining workflows and assess legal impact.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal responses and reasoning.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks for contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product, research, and technical teams on review initiatives.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI-assisted contract analysis.
